Quality Assurance

Our intent is that the owner, designers and building officials gain confidence in knowing that what is being built is consistent with what was originally designed. This is including but not limited to testing of construction materials, reinforcement and concrete placement, plant inspection, masonry observation, post tension placement and stressing, sprayed-applied and intumescent fireproofing thickness, retrofit epoxied dowels and anchors, expansion bolts and proof-loading, soils placement and compaction, welding, non-destructive testing, pile driving and piers drilling, and shear wall nailing.

Quality Control

Quality standards are clearly defined so that all parties involved have a clear understanding of what the client expects to see in the finished work. Our team of inspectors monitors and observes construction activities to ensure that work is performed according to plans, specifications, and industry standards. This is including but not limited to earthwork, concrete placement, masonry building, structural steel, insulation, segmental retaining wall placement, structural wood diaphragm and building components.
